Domestic Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 3 business days.

USA: Currently we only ship to the United States forty-eight contiguous states and Washington, DC. We do not ship to P.O. boxes, military bases, or diplomatic locations.

Shipment confirmation and order tracking

Upon the completion of order processing and the availability of a tracking number, an email containing the relevant tracking information will be promptly sent to you.

Customs, duties, and taxes

Shirtwrapz is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). This should be impossible since we do not ship internationally.

Damages

Shirtwrapz holds no responsibility for any products that may be damaged or lost during the shipping process. In the event that you receive a damaged order, we kindly request you to get in touch with the shipment carrier or our support team promptly to initiate a claim. To facilitate the claim process, we advise you to retain all packaging materials and the damaged goods. Your cooperation will help us expedite the resolution.
